Having initially developed the FORG brand, Kingfisher were subsequently engaged to help establish a web presence for the freight rail transport sector. The website needed to be easy to use so that content could be uploaded and edited very easily on a regular basis. The design needed to be clean, contemporary and aligned with the FORG brand.
Our Creative Process
Given there was a limited timeframe and budget to develop the website within, the best approach was to build the site using an existing theme that could be customised to suit the navigational structure and mandatory content sections required by the client. We researched and recommended a theme that met that requirement and that was well aligned with the FORG brand from a creative point of view. We built the site on the Business Catalyst platform to minimise ongoing costs and because it is a very user friendly platform enabling quick and easy content updates by the client.
